Your Survival Kit For Sorority Rush ⭐️
Must-Have Essentials!
Hello lovely,
As we’ve mentioned before, sorority recruitment week is loooong. So it's important to have a bag equipped with everything you could possibly need throughout the day. From food to keep your energy up to makeup for mid day touch ups, we made a list of everything you need for your rush bag.
But, before you can even start THINKING about what to pack in your sorority recruitment bag, you need the bag itself! We recommend something big enough to keep everything you need but not too big where it becomes a hassle.

Now that you have the perfect bag in your cart, here are some essentials you’ll fill it with. We linked anything we had, just so they can ship with your bag!
Must-Have Essentials:
Snacks: Rush can be draining so you’ll need energy and you WILL get hungry so throw in a few snacks like granola bars so you can keep going throughout the day!
Notepad and pen: You see so many houses and talk to so many girls throughout the day so they can sometimes blend together. Make sure to take notes after each house of who you talked to, what you talked about, and what you liked or disliked about your experience!
Breath mints (no gum in case of accidental smacking!): This goes without saying but since you're talking to people all day it's best you have good breath!
Deodorant: Similar logic to the breath mints!
Nipple Covers: These are such a small but important thing to add to your bag that people often forget to! The houses can be chilly or your dress could end up being more see through than you think so be better safe than sorry and pack these.
Sunglasses: You spend a lot of time outside between walking to each house, waiting out front, and then during your breaks so sunglasses will save you!
Pain reliever: Again, better safe than sorry!
Hair Claws: Add this just in case your hair starts to get crazy and needs an accessory or in case its hot and you need to get your hair up.
Band-Aids: You’ll be walking miles in heels. You’ll thank me later.
Lip gloss: Touch ups!
Powder in mirrored compact: Touch ups!
Ponytail holders and/or bobby pins: Touch ups!
Change of Shoes: Depending on how long your day is or how far you’re walking, packing a change of shoes may be a lifesaver! You can quickly change out of your sorority rush heels into a pair of flats in between houses. Your feet will be thanking you at the end of the day.
Hairbrush or comb: Bring a brush so you can quickly give your hair a touch up and tame those fly aways between each house. Having smooth, frizz free hair will immediately elevate your look and give you a nice refresh before each house.
