Instructions:

1. Slip chicken fillets close to the curve seam or underwire of your bra for a secure fit.
2. Alternatively, for additional shape, slip the fillets into the padding pockets of your push-up bras to go up a size.
3. Wear bra as per usual.
4. Slip out the chicken fillets to remove for later use.
